Marilia Romão is the executive secretary of the CCI. She has a Bachelor’s degree in History from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and was a visiting student at the Center for Latin American Studies at the University of Florida. Her experience prior to the CCI was as executive secretary of the Human Rights Platform – Dhesca Brasil. She is a history teacher in elementary education in addition to having experience in the administrative, research and consultancy areas in projects in the third sector.
