Luciana Pena Morgado is an Advisor to the CCI/Cebrap research director. A PhD in Public Health from the University of São Paulo, she worked as a researcher at Dieese, Panel Research and Universidade Zumbi dos Palmares. She participated in the development of studies and research on work, ethnic-racial relations and the homeless population. She was co-author and editor of the book An integrated look at collectors of recyclable materials in Santo André and is a member of the PesquisaT and Núcleo Semente groups.
