International Seminar on Global Mobilization Against Climate Change
International Seminar on Global Mobilization Against Climate Change
The Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (Cebrap) is holding the “International Seminar – Global Mobilization Against Climate Change” at the Itamaraty Palace in Brasília (DF). The event is part of the G20 activities, standing out as a moment for reflection and the proposal of measures to address climate change on a global scale.
The opening session will feature Arilson Favareto, director of CCI/Cebrap and coordinator of Cebrap Sustainability, and Ambassador André Corrêa do Lago, a key figure in the Climate Agenda negotiations at the G20.
Also involved in organizing the seminar are the Open Society Foundations (OSF), the Climate and Society Institute (iCS), the Brazilian Development Association (ABDE), and WRI Brazil, with support from the G20’s TF-CLIMATE coordination.
